Behind Our Cyberpunk Inspired Video/Short Shot With The BMCC

OUR BLOG, OUR WORKComments (0)

Check out our new cyberpunk inspired video/ short filmed with the Blackmagic Cinema Camera featuring artist, Lorenzo Asher.

We drew a lot of inspiration from sci-fi favorites like The Fifth Element, Ridley Scott’s Blade RunnerA Clockwork Orange, manga classic: Ghost In a Shell, and console/PC video-game: Deus Ex: Human Revolution.

Our goal was to create a video that played out more like a cinematic short, a small piece to a bigger and complex fictional universe wherein child soldiers are for hire and synthetic humanoids are created for the share purpose of servicing another person’s vice. With said our main goal was to stay true to the song, artist, and original message while giving the video a unique spin visually and tonally.
